Father’s Day crafts primary resource

Celebrate Father’s Day by treating Dad to your fun creations!

This Father’s Day primary resource gives children an opportunity to get creative and practise making crafts using salt-dough.

Pupils will be challenged to follow instructions to make ornaments and medals, and adapt those instructions for their own creativity in our National Geographic Kids’ Father’s Day primary resource sheet.

The teaching resource can be used as a printed handout for instruction in class time, or for display on the interactive whiteboard. There is also a list of Father’s Day treat ideas for the children to cut out and take home.

Activity: Ask children to complete the task on the page or adapt it for their own individual design with differing colours, designs and styles.
