You may cancel your order at any time before receiving the first issue of your current subscription.
If you are part way through your current subscription term and request to cancel, your subscription will end after you have received the remaining issues within your current term.
You may also cancel your subscription and request a refund within 30 days of the new auto-payment being taken for your next term.

If you subscribe before 6th April, your first issue is expected to arrive on or around 26th April. You will also be sent a gift certificate in your confirmation email that you can forward or print out to give to your young reader ahead of their first issue arriving.
Need the first issue to arrive quickly? You can add-on our current issue in store at the ‘Add a one off gift’ page – and select the ‘Add on our current issue for quicker delivery’ option. This will be delivered within seven working days of your order being placed.
We can only deliver to recipients within the UK for purchases made via this site (UK).

Yes, we will send you a digital gift certificate with your confirmation email, which you can either forward on to the gift recipient, or download and print to give to them in person.
If your confirmation email has not come through, please call our Customer Service team on 0333 577 7272 Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm and we will resend it to you.
No – they will not be notified until they receive their first issue. If you wish to notify the gift recipient of their subscription before their first issue arrives, you may forward on the gift certificate that we will send you in your confirmation email, or you can download and print the certificate to give to them in person.
Your subscription does not automatically come with the gifts on the front of the magazine. In order to receive monthly gifts with your magazine, you will need to upgrade to our premium subscription for an additional £10 with Annual or 13 Issues Only subscriptions, or £5 for Six Issues subscriptions. First select your subscription payment option above, then at the ‘Upgrade to our premium subscription’ pop up, select ‘Yes, please’.
Annual and Six Issues subscriptions will auto-renew. For example, if you select an Annual subscription, your subscription will auto-renew for another year after you have received your first 13 issues. If you select a Six Issues subscription, your subscription will auto-renew for another Six issues, after you have received your first six.

13 Issues Only subscriptions do not auto-renew. Once you have received 13 issues across the year, you will not receive any further issues, and no further payments will be taken.
