When will the first issue arrive?

If you subscribe before midnight on the 10th January, the first magazine will be issue #239 – March Edition, expected to arrive on or around 29th January ’25*

If you subscribe after midnight on the 10th December, the first magazine will be issue #240 – April Edition, expected to arrive on or around 26th February ’25*

Need the first issue to arrive quicker?
You can add on ‘our current retailed issue‘ at £5.99 via the pop-up page that loads after you have selected your subscription term, for an issue to be delivered within 7 working days of your order being placed.

*Please note that all the advised delivery dates are ‘on or around’ dates, as we cannot guarantee a specific day for delivery. We ask that you please allow 10 working days after the expected date for delivery, just in case any delays have been caused within transit, before contacting our customer service team.

Can I choose when the subscription starts?

Please ensure you purchase the subscription within the correct date range advised in the FAQ linked here to start the subscription with the preferred issue/date, as we are unable to adjust this once the order has been placed.

Will the recipient be notified of the subscription?

No, the recipient will not receive anything from us until their first issue or add-on (if any are chosen on the next page) arrives!

 

Does the subscription include any extras?

The above subscription offers do not automatically come with the small extra items as seen within store bought copies.

In order to receive the eco/paper based gifts with the magazines, you will need to upgrade by selecting the ‘Monthly Surprise Add-ons’ add on for an additional £10 with a 13 issue subscription offers, or £5 with the 6 issues subscription offers.

To do this please select a subscription option, then a pop-up will appear, where you can select the ‘UPGRADE’ button against the ‘Monthly Surprise Add-ons’ option.

Will I be sent a gift certificate to give to the recipient?

Yes, there will be a link to a gift certificate on your confirmation email, which you can either forward on to the gift recipient, or download and print to give to them in person.

If your confirmation email has not come through, please contact the Customer Service team via our UK/IE Contact Form where they can confirm the details of your order and issue a copy of the gift certificate.

Will the subscription automatically renew?

If you select an Auto-Renew subscription offer, these will auto-renew for a further term after the 6th/13th issue has been organised for dispatch.
If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal feature at any time, you may do so via your NGK account or by contacting our Customer Service team via our UK/IE Contact Form. For more information on cancellations, please see our full policy here.

If you select a One-Off Gift subscription offer, these will not auto-renew. Once you have received the 6th/13th issue, no automatic payment will be taken and the subscription will come to a natural end.

Can my subscription be sent to a recipient outside of the UK?

Through our UK webpage, we can only accept orders for delivery to recipients within the UK. If you wish for your subscription to be sent to a recipient within the Republic of Ireland, please purchase your via our IE site here
