This Geography primary resource features 30 mind-blowing facts about winter. How fast can winds reach in a heavy blizzard? What amazing trick do black bears have to survive freezing temperatures? Which country has won the most gold medals at the Winter Olympics?

In this primary resource, pupils will discover fascinating statistics, information and imagery about all things winter – from winter animals and ice-cold climates, to record-breaking weather and winter sporting events.
