Full terms and conditions for NG KiDS’ Masha and the Bear competition 2017
The first prize includes: a seven-night holiday for a family of four members to the Chia Laguna Resort in Sardinia, Italy. Flights from London, with two pieces of hold luggage, to Sardinia (Cagliari Airport). Airport transfers in Sardinia. Breakfast and Dinner at Chia Laguna Resort for the duration of the stay.
The prize does not include: airport transfers or travel in the UK between the prize winner’s home and the airport; the cost of any passports, visas or travel documentation required for the prize winner to travel to Italy; travel insurance; personal spending money; any food, drink, activities or additional expenses not mentioned in the prize description. Any additional costs and expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
The prize is subject to availability, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative. The holiday is valid between 19 June and 17 September 2017. Final booking will be subject to availability of flights and accommodations. The winner and companions must travel together.
In the event of cancellation by winners, for whatever reason, no alternative prize will be given. Once bookings are confirmed they cannot be changed. Should the winners not be able to travel on the above dates the prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative and a new winner will be chosen.
The parent or guardian will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry. Once notified, the winner must reply within 3 days.
The winner must ensure they comply in full with all relevant customs and immigration requirements, including the appropriate passport and visa requirements. The winner must take out adequate travel insurance.
Runners up prizes:
Second place winner – 1 set of toys from Simba, including 1 x Ambulance Set, 1 x Masha Playground, 1 x Masha Birthday, 1 x Bear soft toy
Five runner ups – 1 x 43cm bear
Closing date: midnight 31st May. The winners will be notified via email no more than 3 days after the closing date. The winners have 3 days to accept the prize and respond via phone or email, otherwise a new winner will be chosen.
Prize Package is non-refundable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Competition open to UK residents only.
Competition promoter and prize provider is Animaccord Ltd, Stephany House (Office 202-203), No. 82 Grivas Digenis Avenue, Neapolis, 3101, Limassol, CYPRUS National Geographic Kids accepts no responsibility if the Prize Provider is unable to issue the prize.
National Geographic Kids competitions exclude employees of Creature Media Ltd, National Geographic Society, Animaccord Ltd and their families, or any associated companies from entering. National Geographic Kids will not share your personal details with third parties. Only one competition entry per person. Winners will be the first correct entries drawn after the closing dates. Entries will be judged on the competition entry mechanic shown above and the editor’s decision is final. Entrants to National Geographic Kids competitions must be 16 or under. No purchase necessary. No responsibility can be taken for entries lost or damaged in transit. National Geographic Kids will not enter into any correspondence. All winners will be notified accordingly and their names and addresses will be available on request. The winner may be required to partake in media activity relating to the competition.
