This fun resource gives children 10 ideas for things to do indoors on rainy days this summer. Try out our summer quiz, or have a go at making a Haiku.

Discover simple and easy ways to make the most of the summer holidays when the weather is bad using our National Geographic Kids’ summer primary resource sheet, or use these rainy day activities for wet play time.

The teaching resource can be used as a printed handout for class time / play time, or for children to take home with them for the summer holidays.

Activity: Print the rainy days activities resource and complete the tasks. Children could take copies home with them, or on nature walks in the woodland, so that they can use the scavenger hunt tick list.
