When will my first issue arrive?
If you subscribe before midnight on the 11th October, your first magazine will be issue #24 expected to arrive on or around 30th October.
If you subscribe after midnight on the 11th October, your first magazine will be issue #25 expected to arrive on or around 27th November.

Will the gift recipient be notified of the subscription?
No, they will not be notified until they receive their first issue.
Will I be sent a gift certificate to give to the recipient?
Yes, there will be a link to our gift certificate on the confirmation email, which you can either forward on to the gift recipient, or download and print to give to them in person.
If your confirmation email has not come through, please get in touch with our Customer Service team via our IE Contact Form where they can confirm the details of your order and issue a copy of the gift certificate.
When does my subscription end?
Annual and Six Issues subscriptions will auto-renew.
If you select the Annual subscription term, the subscription will auto-renew for a further term after the 13th issue has been organised for dispatch.
If you select the Six Issues term, the subscription will auto-renew for another further term, after the 6th issue has been organised for dispatch.
If you wish to cancel your auto-renewal subscription after the first term you may do so by getting in touch with our Customer Service team via our IE Contact Form. For more information on cancellations, please see FAQ option ‘How can I cancel my order if I need to?’
How can I cancel my order if I need to?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please get in touch with our friendly Customer Service Team via our IE Contact Form.
You may cancel your order at any time before receiving the first issue of a new subscription.
If you are part way through a subscription term and request to cancel, the subscription will end after the recipient has received the remaining issues within the paid term.
You may also cancel the subscription and request a refund within 30 days of the new auto-payment being taken for the next term.

Can my subscription be sent to a recipient outside of the Republic of Ireland?
Through our IE webpage, we can only accept orders for delivery to recipients within the Republic of Ireland.
