LEGO City Space Comp

The first prize includes: a 4-night holiday for a family of four members (one of whom must be an adult over the age of 18, with a maximum of 2 adults in total and 2 children aged between 5-12 years at time of travel) to Harriniva, Finland. A 3-night stay in Harriniva Wilderness Hotel and 1 night in an Aurora Glamping Dome. Return flights from London (up to the total price of £1100) to Harriniva, Kittilä airport (via Helsinki). Airport transfers to and from Harriniva. Half board meals at Harriniva Wilderness Hotel for the duration of the stay. 1 reindeer activity, 1 husky activity, 1 snowmobile activity. The competition is open to residents of the UK and Ireland only.

The prize does not include: travel within the UK between the prize winners home and the airport; the cost of any passports, visas or travel documentation required for the prize winner to travel to Finland; travel insurance; personal spending money; or additional expenses not mentioned in the prize description. Any additional costs and expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

The prize is subject to availability, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative. The holiday is valid between 1^st March – 30^th April 2020. Final booking will be subject to availability of flights, accommodations and activities. The winner and companions must travel together.

The prize includes an allowance for return flights from the UK to Kittila of up to £1100 including taxes, fees and any alteration charges. If flights are not available to the promoter within this allowance for the dates selected by the winner then the winner may make up the difference, but the promoter shall not otherwise be obliged to provide them. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or frequent flyer points.

In the event of cancellation by winners, for whatever reason, no alternative prize will be given. Once bookings are confirmed they cannot be changed. Should the winners not be able to travel on the above dates the prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative and a new winner will be chosen.

The parent or guardian will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry. Once notified, the winner must reply within 5 days.

The winner must ensure they comply in full with all relevant customs and immigration requirements, including the appropriate passport and visa requirements. The winner must take out adequate travel insurance.

Booking the prize is subject to Activities Abroad’s terms and conditions.

Runners up prizes;
50 runners up will each receive 1 set of LEGO City Lunar Space Station 60227.

All prizes to be sent directly to winners by LEGO by 31st January 2020.

Closing date: 14th November 2019

The winners will be notified via email no more than 5 days after the closing date. The winners have 5 days to accept the prize and respond via phone or email, otherwise a new winner will be chosen. The prize must be booked by 1^st December 2019.

Prize package is non-refundable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Competition open to UK residents only.
